According to the analysis of the questionnaire findings graffiti is an art that brightens an area and through its messages it brings with it freedom of speech among the people. In conclusion, it is hard to favour either side of graffiti, as either an art or vandalism. Referring to the question "Is Graffiti Art or Vandalism" both entities have been elaborated widely and with a sensitive mind it is upon the reader to understand that the author have both notions at heart. In circumstances of oppression it is the only way that artist could meet their purpose to liberate their own. For the damage of the properties, it means it is also not right though being done for the best purpose. It will remain a dilemma that is the concern on the circumstances that lie upon the reader.
